Strangers / In Your House

by The Fatty Acids

1.
Strangers 02:45
"I was hoping you wouldn't write me back." "It was okay to lie, when we strangers, but now we share a name and so I need the truth. Will you take the fire escape while I'm running the bath?" "I'm living a dream. The problem is that it's not mine." "Tell me what you saw that made you feel for once that you could follow through. Do you even remember?" "Peel me off the floor, point me toward my home. One of us must change and I hope it's not you." "I'm living a dream. The problem is that it's not mine." In Memphis, staring at porcelain and hoping I don't die: "... Spend my 30s starting over, spend my 40s in a coma. Act like it's as imminent as it is."

Someone lives in your house and they love you. Isn't that enough?
